For nearly 17 years, I have worked in various capacities in automotive dealerships, including BDC Director, Digital Retailing Director, eCommerce/Digital Advertising Director, and Operations Development. I have worked across both variable and fixed operations - from building and managing a service & sales BDC that scheduled upwards to 11,000 service appointments a month and 3,000 sales appointments - to developing the dealer group's digital marketing strategy and implementing all of the digital tactics involved. I have extensive experience in automotive CRM, and other key applications. I work with vendors to negotiate contracts, and oversee proper set-up of vendor solutions, which monitoring ROI performance over the long term.
I spearheaded Nissan’s Modern Retailing Beta Program in a small dealer group comprised of four Nissan points. I have taught numerous educational sessions in partnership with Digital Dealer Conference & Expo and have been featured in Digital Dealer Magazine, Auto Success Magazine, Fixed Ops Magazine, CBT News articles, and numerous industry case studies.
I played an integral role in designing and overseeing the development of VelocityEngage for Velocity Automotive, a digital sales presentation solution designed specifically for Internet Sales Managers, BDC agents, and salespeople.
